These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the provision of services by CallNDone, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Where a signed proposal or written agreement exists between the parties, that document shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Services
CallNDone provides digital marketing services including brand and account setup, search engine optimisation, content production, influencer partnerships, paid advertising management, and reputation and sales response tracking. The specific services to be provided in any engagement shall be those set out in the written proposal approved by the client.
3. Rates and quotations
Rates published on this website are indicative and are provided for guidance. Binding rates are those stated in the written proposal issued to the client. Published rates may be revised at any time; revisions do not affect an engagement already in progress. Promotional rates are valid only for the period expressly stated.
All rates are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, which shall be charged at the rate applicable under Indian law.
4. Scope of work
The scope of each engagement is defined in the approved proposal. Work requested beyond that scope will be quoted and invoiced separately and shall not commence until approved in writing by the client.
5. Payment terms
Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance of the service month. One-time services are invoiced in accordance with the terms stated in the applicable proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Where payment is not received by the due date, CallNDone reserves the right to suspend delivery of services until the outstanding amount is settled. Suspension under this clause does not relieve the client of liability for fees accrued.
6. Advertising expenditure
Advertising budget is not included in management fees. Media spend is paid directly by the client to the relevant platform. A commission of ten per cent (10%) on total advertising spend is payable to CallNDone in addition to the applicable management fee.
7. Client responsibilities
The client shall provide accurate information regarding its products and services, grant the account access reasonably required for delivery, make personnel and premises available for scheduled production, and provide approvals within a reasonable period. Delays attributable to the client may affect delivery timelines without liability to CallNDone.
8. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of payment in full for the relevant deliverable, ownership of the final approved deliverable passes to the client. CallNDone retains ownership of working files, project files, internal templates, methodologies and tools used in producing the deliverable.
Unless the client notifies us otherwise in writing, CallNDone may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
9. Third-party platforms and performance
Our services depend on platforms operated by third parties, including Meta, Google and Instagram. CallNDone does not control the algorithms, policies, pricing, account decisions or availability of those platforms, and is not liable for any consequence arising from a change to them, including advertisement disapproval or account restriction.
Digital marketing outcomes are influenced by factors outside our control. CallNDone does not guarantee any specific search ranking, level of reach, volume of enquiries or revenue outcome.
10. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of the engagement, and shall not disclose it to any third party except to personnel or contractors who require it for delivery and who are bound by equivalent obligations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of CallNDone in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to CallNDone in respect of the service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.
CallNDone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill.
12. Term and termination

1. Scope
This Policy sets out the basis on which engagements with CallNDone may be cancelled and the circumstances in which amounts paid may be refunded. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Monthly retainers
Retainers operate on a month-to-month basis with no minimum lock-in period. Either party may terminate by giving thirty days' written notice.
Where a service month has commenced and work has begun, the fee for that month is non-refundable. Services already delivered in the notice period remain payable in full.
3. One-time services
One-time services, including logo design, website development, landing pages and account setup, are non-refundable once work has commenced, as the fee reflects work already performed.
Where a cancellation request is received before work has commenced, amounts paid will be refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf.
4. Advertising expenditure
Advertising budget is paid directly by the client to Meta, Google or the relevant platform and does not pass through CallNDone. Such amounts are not refundable by CallNDone. Any unspent balance remains with the platform and is subject to that platform's own terms.
Commission charged on advertising spend is non-refundable once the corresponding spend has been placed.
5. Multi-month prepayments
Where a client has prepaid for several months in order to secure a discounted rate, and terminates before the end of that term, the unused months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The refund shall be calculated after adjusting the months already delivered to the standard, undiscounted rate, as the discount was contingent on completion of the full term.
6. Revisions in place of refunds
Where a deliverable does not meet the specification set out in the approved proposal, CallNDone will correct it through revision within the revision allowance stated in that proposal. Dissatisfaction with a deliverable that conforms to the approved specification is addressed through revision rather than refund.
7. Performance outcomes
As stated in our Terms of Service, digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Refunds are not available on the basis of campaign performance, search ranking, reach or enquiry volume where the contracted services have been delivered.
8. How to request a cancellation or refund
Requests must be made in writing to Support@callndone.com, stating the business name, the service concerned and the reason for the request. Requests are acknowledged within three working days.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within seven to fourteen working days to the original method of payment. Bank or gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted.
